LEARN HOW TO UPLOAD YOUR WEB SITE TO THE SERVER USING Cpanel.

A website either mini, one-paged, sales or squeeze pages all are websites is not active no until it is uploaded to the server. Just like a man winking to a girl in the dark, such is how a web site not on the server is. Neither the girl nor the man knows what is happening.
 So, here is a graphical step by step guide on how to upload your web site to server using Cpanel. Highly tested on many of my websites and proven.

First; buy a domain and hosting name. The hosting company will send to you all the registration requirements eg; username, password, Ip number etc.

Second: open your browser(mozilla firefox or any one), on the browser URL type www.yourdomainname.co/cpanel to enable you enter the Cpanel platform. eg. www.importationreport.com/cpanel.

Third: Log in to your Cpanel platform using the USERNAME & THE PASSWORD given to you by the hosting company you registered with.

The next page contain various folder which "files" is one of them. Under files click on "file manager"

 

By clicking the 'file manager' a sub-web page will pop up as thus;

  You are requested to chose a directory, select 'web root (public_html/www) then, click on go

 

Click the upload file by the direction of the arrow. This leads you to where you will upload your web site and all the data like images.

 

 Note: Before you click on  browse to upload your files, make sure you tick the EXECUTIVE BUTTONS or simply fill the button on the PERMISSION section by the left hand side of the page with 755. Upload the INDEX of your website and the IMAGES.

 

 After that, look at the third section opning of your browser on top of your PC screen, you will see previous browser opening that bears 'cPanel File Mnager v3' go back there you will see the uploaded files. Then, it is the time to move the images to image folder;

 

Right-click on the image and select 'move'. Do the same to all the images. A pop-up will come up indicating you to ascertain the name of the folder you want to move the image. Just clean every other things there and type images. As indicated bellow in the image.

 

After that, click on 'move files. The pictures will be uploaded to the image folder. 

Then, refresh by clicking on "public_html" with the global icon by the left hand side of the platform. see picture of the refreshing process;

 

 Enter your URL on you browser eg www.importbiz.com and immediately, your website will be right there online and everywhere. That's it guys. Just follow the process and you"ll come out great.
